Nestled in a private community with a gated community pool, you will find this charming 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home, with all fresh and new furnishings, ready to host your family!! The Primary Bedroom holds a King Size Bed, a Smart TV, and contains a Full Bathroom with a Shower/Tub combo. Guest Bedroom #1 provides a Queen Size Bed and a Smart TV. Guest Bedroom #2 boasts 2 Twin over Twin Bunk Beds for all the littles to pile together for their vacation! The Guest Bathroom is just off the hallway from the Guest Bedrooms featuring a Shower/Tub combo. Gather all in the Living Area with an Open Concept to watch your favorite football team and whip up tasty meals in the Fully Stocked Kitchen. There is even a full size washer and dryer in the the home. Kids not up yet? Take your coffee outside on the relaxing back porch to sip and enjoy the private feel as the home backs up to a wooded lot. Also right off the porch is a charcoal grill, set up for convenience.

Great Amenities in this community, Orange Beach Villas features a wonderful and fun swimming pool, and a small pond with a gazebo and walking areas. * Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes previous guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores.

* All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.

**Admin Fee and Processing (credit card) fee are non-refundable after booking.

**WINTER MONTHLY RESERVATIONS/ SNOWBIRDS (November, December, January & February) -Monthly Rates are available upon request. These rates are not advertised. We prefer full month reservations from the First to the First.
