Summer House West 201A

Fun and Funny Group of Elderly Women.
The drive was good to this destination. Upon arrival to the Air-BNB, we didn't really know how to get to the rental space. So we went up the first set of stairs we saw which was a few steps. We were stopped by the guest there, she asked where we were going? We answered A201. She directed us in the right area, we saw all those steps and looked at one another and became sad. We managed a routine on how to get everything upstairs. After finishing all those we were EXHAUSTED. The sleeper sofa needs a changed. Very uncomfortable. Overall a good stay. We do in again.

Great time!
Good location right across from the beach with easy access. Lagoon was a fun bonus - kids enjoyed fishing! The beach chairs and beach wagon were also super helpful!

Great place and value
Easy beach access, bay access and pool. Nice bonus to have access to beach chairs and wagon in storage locker. Perfect floor plan for family of 3 plus a friend. The living area was spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, not too hard or soft, just right. Far enough down the beach to be less crowded. Would definitely stay here again. I appreciated the simple clean decor and having just what we needed without it being cluttered.

Great Location
Super clean condo with a short walk to the beach. The beach gear and wagon made our stay much easier. The patios have great views of the ocean and lagoon.

Wonderful
Wonderful location! Had the best of the ocean: the beach and dock to fish. It's not in the middle of everything but close enough to be able to enjoy a nice meal or souvenir shopping.

Very Clean! Perfect Get-Away!
Summer house W 201A was fantastic! First thing we all noticed was how delightfully clean everything was!
The storage shed with umbrella, wagon, beach chairs, fishing pole, sand toys, and everything you could want for the beach was such a gift!
Our family of 5 was very comfortable! The 3 bathrooms, the 2 bedrooms, all incredibly convenient and comfortable!
The views from the front and back decks were beautiful(despite the power lines). We were far enough away from the busy part of gulf shores that we enjoyed relaxing and playing on the beach peacefully without a crowd to contend with. We enjoyed Doc’s seafood nearby, get the crab legs, trigger fish, gator bites, and a slice of pie! Their tartar sauce is unbeatable!
We would Love to book this spot again for spring break next year!

Great condo but ALOT OF STAIRS
The condo was clean and everything was nice. The only thing is there are some steep stairs going up to this condo that where not in the listing.

Amazing Get-Away!
This host has thought of everything. The rental was completely stocked with everything we needed to have a fun time at the beach. The kids were excited to use the complimentary supplies to build sand castles and ride the waves with the included boogie boards. The building was clean and tidy which made for some needed relaxation.

Fun for all
We had a really good time at this rental. First, it was super clean and in a good location. We enjoyed the lagoon and the beach and had easy access to both. The kayak and paddle board were a bonus along with the beach toys and accessories. We would definitely book this property again.

Nice updated condo in a great location!
This condo looked to be recently updated and was very clean upon our arrival. It was our first trip to this area. It was fun having access to the lagoon and beach, both very short walks. Traffic was quiet at night. We did a lot of things in Orange Beach as well, and it was usually a 15-20 drive, no biggie. The kitchen was actually pretty stocked but we didn’t cook much. Too many great local restaurants to try! We had a great week!

We will be back!!
My family of 5 fit perfectly in this spacious townhome. We loved the layout and of course the amazing views of the lagoon and the Gulf. The owners provide some awesome extras including everything you need for the beach (chairs, umbrella, beach toys, etc) and for an added bonus we had a kayak and paddle board that were a big hit with everyone. The townhome was clean and organized and beautifully furnished and decorated. We greatly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be renting this townhome again soon!

Great Vacation Spot!
Great location with easy access to the beach and lagoon. Family of 6 and we all had a wonderful time. Extra bonus of sand toys, beach chairs, etc. Highly recommend this rental!
