Low-Density Orange Beach Condo

Harbour Place is a low-density Orange Beach condo complex with only five floors and approximately 65 units. Its smaller size creates a more relaxed vacation setting than many of the area\'s large high-rise resorts. With 2 convenient elevators, #510 is located on the top floor; no foot stomps above you! The condo\'s comfortable living area opens directly onto the balcony, keeping the sights and sounds of the Gulf close throughout your stay.

Guests have access to Harbour Place\'s indoor/outdoor swim-through pool, which is seasonally heated, and a relaxing hot tub. The shaded picnic area and on-site barbecue grills provide a convenient place for family cookouts and casual meals after a day on the water.

Harbour Place 510 is located in West Orange Beach, convenient to popular Orange Beach and Gulf Shores restaurants, shopping, fishing charters, golf courses, family attractions, and entertainment. The condo is also approximately 2.5 miles from Gulf State Park Pier. Gulf State Park\'s nearby trails are ideal for walking, biking, wildlife viewing, and exploring Alabama\'s coastal scenery. Walking distance has a convenience store, fish market, and ice cream shoppe.

Ample and Covered Parking

Ample on-site parking makes arrival and unloading more convenient. First-come, first-served covered parking is also available—a particularly helpful perk when unloading luggage or groceries on a rainy day. Guest Registration Certificates (Parking Passes) are required and are purchased upon booking the home. Parking passes are $35 each and are limited to two passes. Passes will be waiting on your arrival in the home. No extra passes can be sold. Please inquire for overflow parking.

*Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at many local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent. Just find an empty one or the attendant.

**WINTER MONTHLY RESERVATIONS/ SNOWBIRDS (November, December, January & February) We prefer full-month reservations mainly during January and February. To get your accurate quote, please set your dates to reflect the Check-In date as the First of the month and Check-out date the First of the following month. If you need monthly rates for November and/ or December, please inquire. Monthly restrictions on January and February will be removed by November 30th if homes are not reserved.
