The primary bedroom features a charming barn door and a private balcony overlooking the peaceful Little Lagoon.
The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, or relax with takeout on the Gulf-facing balcony off the living room while enjoying the sound of the waves. Fresh paint and coastal décor create a cozy, welcoming space perfect for your beach getaway.
Guests enjoy private beach access across the street and direct access to Little Lagoon with a pier, boat launch, and rentable boat slips—perfect for fishing, boating, and kayaking.
Resort Amenities Include:

- Lighted tennis & pickleball courts

- BBQ grilling areas

*Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant.
*All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.
**Admin Fee and Processing (credit card) fee are non-refundable after booking.
No Pets.
No Smoking.
Must Be 25+ To Rent.
Parking Passes are required and purchased from the front desk upon arrival. Passes are $30 each and are valid for your entire stay, limit 2 per unit. Boat Trailer Parking is $30 and allows you to use the Boat Launch as well.

Cozy Beach Side Condo
Cute and cozy 1 bedroom condo with convenient access to the beach and private dock to the lagoon. Loved how convenient the dock was for fishing and how close the beach is. With outside shower to rinse before entering the condo. Great pool and hot tub when you need a break from the beach. Great for the kids to swim in and open until 10pm for night swimming too. Amazing Vacation

Great to work with .
We haven’t been on vacation in 10 years. It was fantastic, customer service was next level . She was always there to answer questions and assist us . Nice clean condo
Perfect rental condo. No complaints at all even when the main lobby elevators were not working. Easy to use side elevators in C building or steps were not a problem either. Great location and quiet. Excellent! Just across from the sand!
My adult daughter and I wanted to get away for a while. This was perfect. View of the ocean off the front balcony and a view of the lagoon off the back. We spent an evening reading at the pool; several other families and kids were there, but it was low key and quiet. Quick Family Getaway
Overall the stay was great. Close to pretty much everything including the lagoon and beach. The Condo was clean and well stocked. We had a couple of minor issues but were taken care of quickly. Be sure to arrive before 5pm because we had an issue getting our parking pass since they closed the office early but not a big deal since we picked it up the next morning. The only thing that caught us by surprise was there's no door to the bedroom so no privacy if you need it and it was advertised with wifi/internet on VRBO but the property did not have it.
