Seaside Beach and Racquet Club #3602 will not disappoint! All freshly painted throughout, plus all updated appliances, furniture, and decor, you will know this home is loved and well cared for. The view of the beach and the Gulf on the large balcony is just breathtaking! Sit out on the new furniture and watch the day go by and enjoy fantastic sunsets! The Primary Suite hosts a King size bed, a large Smart TV, and an attached private, full bathroom. The Guest Bedroom provides 2 Full size beds, a Smart TV, and a Full Bath just off to the side. If extra sleeping is needed, there is a Queen pull out Sofa Bed in the cozy Living Room, with a large screen, Smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked to make tasty meals and there is a Keurig!! And finally, there is a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience!
If you can pull away from this adorable home, head out into the Beach & Racquet Club to enjoy the many amenities it has to offer such as: 2 Outdoor Swimming Pools, 1 indoor Heated Swimming Pool, Tennis Courts, Fitness Room with a Sauna and Steam Room, a Screened in Deck Area with the BBQ Grills and Picnic Tables, plus private beach access with an outdoor shower station. You will also find many Soft Drink Vending Machines on the property. Everything you need is here in this perfect home!
*Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent. Just find an empty one or the attendant.
*All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.
**CALL FOR WINTER MONTHLY RATES - All monthlies must be booked from the 1st to the 1st only. No partial or mid-month reservations will be accepted at the discounted monthly rate**

Great Experience with #3602
We were really impressed with this property. It was actually nicer than the pictures which is not usually the case. We were worried about public parking being next to the property, but it was not a problem at all. It was not busy, and was helpful when friends from other condos wanted to meet us on our beach. The pool areas could use an update, but it was not something that bothered our group at all. We stayed here with a baseball team and each family was able to find a unit that suited them. Proximity to the grocery store and restaurants was a plus. The management party was quick to respond to any questions we had. Exceptional Vacation Get-a-way
My daughter and I slipped away to celebrate her and the beginning of her Senior year. We loved the roomy condo. We loved the cleanness and beach decor. Best Honeymoon Ever
This condo was wonderful and exactly what we were hoping for! Clean , beautiful views fem balcony and conveniently located to everything! The only downfall was the light fem the pool creeped into the master bedroom at night even with the curtains closed. Other than that everyrhi g was absolutely AMAZING! Great Beach Vacation Spot
Was an excellent all-around 4 days for 2 adults and two 16 year old girls. We all had plenty of room to relax. The fully equipped kitchen was great and we used a good bit of the kitchen items. We noted that the deck furniture in 3602 was a much nicer than what we saw on the other decks and both the girls and adults spent a lot of time on the deck. location, location, location
What a nice month we spent at 3602. The sixth floor was perfect. We never used the elevator. The view was great from the balcony, which was protected from the wind. We never closed our sliding door to the balcony, nor used the heat nor AC. Perfect temperature for us. Kelley, from Celebrity Vacations was fantastic. What a nice person, with a great attitude.
