*Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Some items have been provided by the owner for your use. (i.e.: wheeled beach cart, a few beach chairs, and some toys.) Previous guests may leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent. Just find an empty one or the attendant.

*All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.

**CALL FOR WINTER MONTHLY RATES - All monthlies must be booked from the 1st to the 1st only. No partial or mid-month reservations will be accepted at the discounted monthly rate**

** $25 Gas Card for new booking entered starting July 12, 2024 for stays anytime in September of 2024. Booked Stays must be a minimum of 3 nights. The Gas Card will be awaiting your arrival on the kitchen counter.
