Step inside "Sweet Reward" and find a fresh, clean, cozy, and updated, 2 Bedroom townhome. Updates include new flooring, appliances, countertops, cabinetry, bathroom remodel, paint, and furnishings. The upper floor contains 2 spacious bedrooms and a full bathroom. The Primary Bedroom holds a King Size Bed and the Guest Room provides 2 Queen Beds. On the grounds of this complex you will find a nice charcoal grilling area with great places to sit and watch the boats go by on the Intercoastal Canal. One more great perk to this home is FREE PARKING, up to 2 cars.

*Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant.
